Emergency - EHRC Guidance
The EHRC have published a new Code of Conduct, which continues to oppress trans and gender-conconforming people, and will become statutory on July 1st unless enough MPs oppose it. The Pink Book are urging everyone to write to their MP and sign the petition opposing the new Code, to make sure it is given a full review. Protecting Trans people in the arts
The Pink Book protects and advocates for trans and gender nonconforming people in the arts industry, by supplying and signposting resources which align with our values of affirmative action, speaking truth, and calling out injustice. We challenge exclusion and assert the right to dignity and privacy in the workplace for all people, and we challenge the government’s ERHC guidance as unfit for purpose.
